Restoration Roastery
We started roasting our own beans in late of 2019 and we’ve been roasting every week since. For the first few years Matt was doing all the roasting until recently he has trained one of our fellow barista’s to take over. Now Lindsey is our Head Roaster and is also a barista in our Bridgewater location! Our Roastery is located behind the scenes in our Whitman shop and although you can’t see it while you’re in the shop you can definitely smell the aroma of freshly roasted coffee.
